The original version of the Coastline Sunburst Hexie Blanket Pattern was all about sandy coastlines and sun dried driftwood. This version though; earthy, windswept and sun-kissed is the vibe. I’m loving this palette from Hue Loco Yarn. The Terracotta Collection is perfect for summer and home decor projects.

A colourful, seasonal delight! This version of my Hygge Burst Pillow is exactly what you should be making this summer. Hue Loco Yarn did a fantastic job of encapsulating all the colours or Wildflowers in her stunning new collection.

While I love the “classic” Navy and White stripe “Nautical” look—I also think this blanket would be adorable with a variety of different colours. Keep the cream coloured base and add a coral colour for a fun and fresh vibe, or change out the navy with a subtle green or taupe for a more neutral and soft look—or simply replace Navy with a soft pink or purple for a stunning baby girl blanket. One of my favourite things to do, is take a favourite pattern of mine and put a chunky spin on it. I love creating these chunky yarn blankets because they’re very quick to work up, simple and stunning! Wool Ease Thick & Quick is my favourite super chunky yarn but you can use any yarn that you prefer! This blanket is an absolute joy to work up. Only 2 round squares that go by so fast. The result is a blanket the whole family can curl up under and I’ve provided 9 additional colour charts to help you find the perfect match!
